John W. Farrell graduated magna cum laude from Limestone College with a B.S. in Business Administration. In 2006, John received his juris doctor from Michigan State University College of Law, graduating cum laude. While attending Michigan State, John was a member of the International Law Society and the American Inns of Court. John also interned with the 54-B District Court in East Lansing, Michigan, and he received the Jurisprudence Achievement Award in Landlord / Tenant Law. Prior to law school, John was a small business owner and a firefighter/EMT with the Mount Pleasant Fire Department. John focuses his practice on real estate transactions and civil litigation. John currently resides on James Island with his wife and children.

Holly R. Jensen is a 1988 graduate of Vassar College and a 1998 cum laude graduate of the South Carolina School of Law. After graduating fifth in her class from law school, Holly clerked for a year with The Honorable Kaye G. Hearn, who was then Chief Judge of the South Carolina Court of Appeals and is now a sitting justice on the South Carolina Supreme Court. Following her judicial clerkship, Holly relocated back to Charleston, where she had resided for seven years prior to attending law school. She opened the doors to Jensen Law Firm, LLC in April, 2000, and focused her practice on real estate closings, business formation, and other related transactional law practice areas. Our firm’s vast and loyal clientele is a continuing testament to the hands-on client service model that has been the touchstone of the firm since day one.
